FAQ

Is catering included in the ticket price?
Yes. During the entire event, refreshments will be available as part of coffee breaks in the foyer, and lunch will be buffet-style in the hotel restaurant.
Is live-streaming of the sessions also included in all tickets?
No. The live-stream broadcast is only available to participants with an Online ticket. Participants with a Regular ticket will only have access to lecture recordings.
Will recordings of the sessions be available?
Yes. After the end of the conference, lecture recordings will be available to all participants via the Update Now portal for an unlimited period of time.
Is it possible to pay for the event by bank transfer?
Of course. You can pay for tickets either online via credit card or Apple Pay. You also have the option to pay by bank transfer based on the issued proforma invoice.
